Andrew Bartha, President
Mr. Bartha founded the company with his wife in 1988 after 12 years of managing other firms in the industry. His diverse experience gives him the hands-on attitude to tackle day to day challenges of growing the business.

Marcella Lucio, Director of Marketing
Marcella Lucio has been with the Silver Vase team since 1999. She has a BA in Economics an MBA and six years experience in the financial arena. She manages the marketing department and is responsible for new customer contacts and acquisition, and market development.

Diane Superville, Accounting Manager
Diane has been a member of Silver Vase's team since 2002. She is responsible for managing and directing the day-to day financial functions. She brings over 20 years of hands-on experience in accounting.

Carmen Perez, Account Executive
Carmen Perez has been part of the Silver Vase sales team since 2001. She has over 15 years of experience in account acquisitions. Her passion, knowledge, and expertise with orchids and bromeliads allow her to offer excellent customer service..

Jose Paez, Head-Grower
Jose Paez has been with the Silver Vase team since 2005. He has the equivalent to a Bachelor Degree in Agricultural Science (Ingeniero Agronomo) from UNC Mendoza-Argentina and three years experience as a grower in the Ornamental Industry. He is responsible for the timely manner in which we flower our crops. Works on a daily basis with research and development and overseas the overall production schedule.
